A mix of parks, retail spaces, restaurants, coffee shops and a market, with an opening glass roof top that turns it into an indoor/outdoor exposition area that can accommodate the boat show for example. On top of all that a landmark that will be the club house of the Dubai Marine club in the Mina Seyahi area inspired by the condensed sails of a sail boat that are turned into “deconstructivist architecture” to form the entity. Two volumes, one piercing the other, are then merged together at the back and ascend while twisting around each other to hold at the top a lighthouse, putting the landmark in perspective.
