The request of the client in this project was to build one construction, which includes his own house/office and other apartments that can be sold for his own profit. The main goal for this building was to give it a villa look and emphasize the owner’s duplex and office from the rest of those apartments. The plot was efficiently divided to add a swimming pool area, a tennis court and a big parking.
