This building is located in Abuja, and overlooks the Jabi Lake. With a limited budget and a poor material selection, the main goal was to give all apartments a view to the lake and add to the habitants the best experience, thus making the shape of the building long and thin. Common areas were created on the GF and Roof as recreation spaces. The wavy building cover reflects the Lake; its main role is to protect the whole structure from Nigeria’s massive rain showers.
